Leaving behind conventional concepts, our design and application engineers have developed a completely new generation of non-metallic magnetically coupled pumps.

Spacer can
The spacer can is designed as a metal-free double-wall unit consisting of an outer shell and a separate spacer can liner. Essentially, this offers the following advantages:

No eddy currents and hence, no heat transfer to the fluid pumped.
No energy losses and hence, no efficiency losses  

The wetted spacer can liner is manufactured from pure PFA, the outer pressure-tight can shell is made of carbon fibre-reinforced plastics. Thanks to its unique construction the spacer can is extremely rigid and can reliably absorb internal pressures of up to 30 bar.  

Plain bearing
The standard construction material for the plain bearing is EKasic®C. This advanced silicon carbide features unsurpassed corrosion and wear resistance. Even our standard bearing model can tolerate temporary dry running or lubricant shortage.

The MPC-B is the solution of choice for pumping fluids posing an environmental or health hazard such as acids, alkalis, solvents or high-value products in the presence or in the absence of solids.

Construction: 
Horizontal centrifugal pump with volute casing;
casing dimensions, fitting dimensions and design to EN 22858/ISO 2858/ISO 5199;
complemented by size 40-25-125 and 40-25-160 pumps.

NPC SERİSİ METAL ZIRH KAPLI PLASTİK POMPALAR

A new generation, thought through to the minute detail and a safe solution for every application – the uncompromising answer to what EPC contractors and plant operators expect from chemical pumps with mechanical seal.

NPC chemical pumps are the solution of choice for pumping fluids posing an environmental or health hazard such as acids and alkalis or solvents in the presence or in the absence of solids.
Typical applications include the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, electrolysis plants, electroplating plants and metal finishing processes.   

Construction:
NPC standardized chemical pump with dimensions to EN 22858/ISO 2858/ISO 5199; complemented by Size 40 25 125 and 40 25 160 pumps.

MUNSCH REA F single mechanical seal:
Stationary and rotating seal rings fabricated from EKasic® C; the spring is encapsulated in fluoroplastics.

MUNSCH REA F/D double mechanical seal:
Product-side stationary and rotating seal rings fabricated from EKasic® C, atmosphere-side stationary seal ring made of carbon; stainless steel spring.

Shaft sleeve:
Fluoroplastics-coated stainless steel
