Applications:
Type TNP-KL vertical chemical pumps are designed to handle acids, alkalis or chemically contaminated fluids with or without solids. Typical applications include the chemical industry, electroplating plants, steel and stainless steel pickling lines, evaporation and regeneration units, flue gas cleaning systems downstream of waste incinerators as well as exhaust air scrubbing and industrial waste water treatment.

Applications:
The TNP-C pump is designed for service conditions involving solids-laden acids, alkalis, chemically contaminated liquid effluents or when there is a risk of prolonged dry running.     

Construction:
Vertical centrifugal pump with volute casing, without plain bearing; the shaft bearing is located outside the path of the fluid pumped.

Applications:
NPC-B chemical pumps are the solution of choice for pumping fluids posing an environmental or health hazard such as acids and alkalis or solvents in the presence or in the absence of solids.

Typical applications include the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, electrolysis plants, electroplating plants and metal finishing processes. 

Construction:
NPC close-coupled pump with casing dimensions to EN 22858/ISO 2858;
complemented by Size 40 25 125 and 40 25 160 pumps.

The chemical pumps are available in PP, PVDF as well as in corrosion-resistant PFA for universal fluid compatibility.

Mechanical seals 

All silicon carbide components are fabricated from  EKasic® C known for its unsurpassed wear and corrosion resistance properties.

MUNSCH‑REA‑C single mechanical seal:

Stationary and rotating seal rings fabricated from EKasic® C; the spring is encapsulated in fluoroplastics.

MUNSCH‑REA‑C/D double mechanical seal:

Product-side stationary and rotating seal rings fabricated from EKasic® C, atmosphere-side stationary seal ring made of carbon; stainless steel spring.

Shaft sleeve

Fluoroplastics-coated stainless steel.
